MADISON, Wis.—Credit unions across the United States are encouraged to contribute to CUES Executive Compensation Survey and CUES Employee Salary Survey, which are open for participation through March 31.
By adding their data, credit unions help strengthen the industry and illuminate current trends by providing information on staffing, salaries, and benefits.
“CUES Surveys help credit unions take the guesswork out of creating competitive pay and benefit packages,” said Sharon Messmore, Products & Services Manager, CUES.
“Over the years, the surveys have also provided us with important trends and insights,” Messmore continued. “For example—last year, data reflected an increase in total compensation for 20 of the 22 reported positions. The surveys also help us gain insights into key indicators, including how inflation and interest rates influence overall compensation.”
New this year—those who participate by sharing their data for at least 20 of the top survey positions will be entered to win a prize valued at $500, which they can use toward a CUES event registration or have donated to a charity of their choice.
Additionally, participants receive a 20% discount when they purchase the survey results. CUES Unlimited+ members can access the survey results for free.
CUES Executive Compensation Survey includes information on 21 executive positions and features questions related to wage, bonus, and benefits information for each.
CUES Employee Salary Survey includes information on a wide range of non-executive positions and focuses on pay ranges and actual wages for each position.
Those who have previously participated can simply update their existing information and click the submit button.
“We also offer a handy CUES Survey participation spreadsheet; participants can complete it on their timeline, and our team will handle data entry for them,” said Messmore.
Complete the surveys at cues.org/ECS and cues.org/ESS. Frequently asked questions, step-by-step guides, and contest rules and regulations are also available there.
