Join us for the CUES Quarterly Leadership Connection: CUES Learning Portal course, Making Decisions. Decision making is the act of choosing between two or more courses of action. Do you know what your decision-making style is? Have you thought about how many times in a day you make decisions? Some decisions need to be made quickly while others need time, data, and experts to bring about the final decision.
